JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri B.K. Gupta learned counsel for the applicant Bhagwan Das and the learned A.G.A.

(2.) Request is for bail in case crime No. 16 of 2000 under Sec. 20 of N.D.P.S. Act P.S. Cantt. District Allahabad.

(3.) It is contended that 3.6 Kg. of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the applicant. There is no criminal history. It is contended that Sec. 37 does not apply for Ganja and the maximum punishment is of 5 years.
