JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIRENDRA Saran, J. This is second bail application. I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Govt. Advocate.

(2.) WITH this second bail application learned counsel for the applicant has filed High School certificate which goes to show that at the time of the incident the ap plicant was hardly 20 years of age. Moreover, according to the medical report which has been filed as Annexure-2 the prosecutrix was about 18 years of age and the doctor has opined that the vagina ad mitted two fingers easily.
