JUDGEMENT

(1.) R. H. Zaidi, J. In this case counter and rejoinder-affidavits have already been filed. As desired by the Counsel for the parties, this petition is decided finally at this stage.

(2.) BY means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner prays for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the judgment and order dated 12-10-1993 and 3-8-1996.

(3.) 1 have heard the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties and also perused the record.
