JUDGEMENT

(1.) GIRDHARI Lal, J. Heard the learned Counsel for the revisionist. It has been argued by the learned Counsel for the revisionist that no opportunity oi hearing was given to the revisionist. 11 has also been contended that vendee does not belong to Scheduled Caste and he is Lodh by caste. The learned Additional Commissioner has recommended for setting aside the order of the learned trial Court.

(2.) I agree with the recommendation and accordingly reference is accepted. The trial Court is directed to decide the case, after affording opportunity to the parties to adduce evidence on merits according to law. Reference accepted. .
