KUNDAN Vs. SOBRAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision has been filed against the order of learned Additional Commissioner, Bareil­ly dated 9-7-90 in which learned Addition­al Commissioner has rejected the revision filed against the order of learned SDO Aonla dated 16- 12-88.

(2.) BRIEF facts of the case are that ap­plicants have filed an application for per­mitting of cutting the crops standing on the disputed land. Objection was filed on behalf of Gaon Sabha in which Gaon Sabha has requested for the appointment -of a Receiver. This application was al­lowed on 16-12-88. Against this order a revision was field by Kundan etc. which was dismissed on 9-7-90. Against this order present revision has been filed.

(3.) I have seen the file and orders passed by both the Courts below. This case is pending before the trial Court since 16-12-88 and only against an interim order. A revision was filed before the learned Additional Commissioner which was rejected on 9-7-90. Hence this revision has been filed.
