(1.) GIRDHARI lal, J. Sri Ramesh Rai, Counsel for Raj Nath Rai has moved this transfer application against Sri Sripat Ram, Additional Commissioner, Azamgarh Division.

(2.) THE case walled out several times but no one is present on behalf of the applicant despite not ice. 3. I have seen the comments of the Additional Commissioner, Azamgarh. THE Additional Commissioner Azamgarh has written in his para-wise comments that this transfer-application has been moved to delay the revisionist pending in this Court. I am of the view that the transfer application lies no force and deserves to be dismissed. 4. In view of this the transfer applica tion is dismissed. Application dismissed. .
