(2.) THIS revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 28-3-2000 passed by Sri I. E. Singh, Spl. Judge, (E. G. Act) Varanasi in Criminal Appeal No. 67 of 1991, partly allowing the appeal against the appellant No. 2 Khiladi alias Dinesh Shukla and releasing him on probation and dismissing the appeal of appellant No. 1 Dasha Mani Shukla and sentencing him to undergo RI for a period of 6 months and fine of Rs. 500/- under Section 325 and RI for a period of three months and fine of Rs. 1qo/- under Section 323, IPC.
