(1.) THE counsel for the applicant moved an application on 6.9.2000 a long with the affidavit with the prayer that the order dated 11.8.20(X) be recalled, restoration of Lakhcndcr be allowed and there vision of Bharal be dismissed.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the relevant papers on file.
