(1.) THIS review petition has been preferred against the order dated 21-8-97 passed by my learned predecessor Sri S. R. Yadav, IAS Member in Revision No. 49 of 1995-96/m. Nagar.

(2.) AN application under Section 5 of Indian Limitation Act alongwith an af fidavit has also been filed.

(3.) REVIEW petition has no force and is accordingly dismissed. REVIEW dismissed. .
