JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision has been filed by Ram Manohar against the order of the learned Additional Commissioner, Faizabad, dated 29-9-98 in a case under Section 229-B of the UPZA and LR Act.

(2.) I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) IN these circumstances the revision is decided in terms compromise which will form part of the order. Compromise accepted.
