JUDGEMENT

(1.) APPELLANT Babu Lal son of Radhika Kol has been produced in custody before us. He is represented by Sri N. D. Shukla, appellant stated before us that his father Radhika Kol is alive and he lives at Tundla near Railway crossing. Ap pellant Radhika Kol has not been arrested so far. C. J. M. , Allahabad is again directed to take all possible steps for getting the said appellant arrested. APPELLANT Babu Lal be sent to jail concerned for being detained there until further orders.

(2.) SRI Rajesh Kumar Gupta, repre sents Sadhu, appellant, who is in custody from 22-8-1999. On his behalf application for bail has been moved on 5-7-2000, which is still pending.
