JUDGEMENT

(1.) R K. Jain, J. Heard Sri VR Srivastava, learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

(2.) THESE three bail applications have been moved on behalf of applicants Ibney Sayeed, Jahid Hussain, Babu and Intkhab Hussain.

(3.) ADMITTEDLY due to chasing of the motor cycle by the accused persons the running motor cycle fell down and there after the victim and the first informant were chased from some distance and the accused had allegedly fired during chase. No injury is said to have been found on the person of the first informant.
