JUDGEMENT

(1.) RAM Janam Singh, J. These are two references made by Additional Commissioner Meerut by his order dated 19-7-1996 passed in Revision No. 16 of 1994-95 and 22 of 1995-96 arising out of a proceeding for grant of allotment con cerning fishing rights.

(2.) BRIEFLY the facts of the case are that Gaon Sabha Rastam granted allotment for fishing rights in favour of Om Prakash on 30-12-1985 for a period of loyears. On the expiry of the term the lease was renewed on the report of Tahsildar. Against the renewal of allotment Dharampal moved an application on which notices were or dered to be issued on 6-11-1995 to the allottee. Revision No. 16of 94-95 was filed against this order. On 4-12- 1995 S. D. O. withdrew the renewal order. Revision No. 22 of 1995- 96 was filed against this order. The learned Additional Commissioner decided both the revisions by a single order and recommended that both the orders passed by S. D. O. beset aside.

(3.) AGREEING with the recommenda tion, I accept the reference, allow the revision set aside the order dated 6-11-1995 and 4- 12-1995. This order will govern Reference No. 130-Aof95-96/districtsaharanpur. Revision allowed. .
