JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission and protection for kabadi Tournament scheduled to be held on 16/2/2019 and 17/2/2019 between 08.00 P.M., to 4.00 P.M., at Murappanadu village, Thoothukudi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dtd. 6/2/2019.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

(3.) The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) made a submission that earlier, on the representation given by the petitioner, permission is rejected by the respondent on 18/1/2019. Thereafter, the petitioner has preferred a fresh representation on 6/2/2019.
