JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr.S.Ram Sundar of M/s Veera Associates ( law firm), on behalf of writ petitioner and Mr.K.Mu.Muthu, learned Additional Government Pleader, who has accepted notice on behalf of all three respondents are before this Court.

(2.) With consent of learned counsel on both sides, main writ petition is taken up, heard out and is being disposed of.

(3.) Writ petitioner is a contractor under State 'Public Works Department' ( 'PWD' for brevity).
