JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 25.01.1996 made in AS.No.43 of 1995, on the file of Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.03.1995 made in OS.No.658 of 1993 passed by the learned District Munsiff, Tambaram.

(2.) Mr.S.D.Ramalingam, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the appellant. Mr.R.Sugumaran, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent.
