JUDGEMENT

(1.) This common order will dispose of these three (3) writ petitions.

(2.) Mr.R.H.Dhilipan Pandian, learned counsel for writ petitioners in all the three writ petitions, Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader assisted by Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent in all the three writ petitions and Mr.M.Arjun Varman, learned counsel assisted by Mr.Ajay Justice Shaw, learned counsel for all the three private respondents in all three writ petitions are before this Court.

(3.) With consent of all the aforesaid learned counsel, main writ petitions are taken up, heard out and are being disposed of.
