JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this Second Appeal is made to the judgment and decree dated 29.04.2002 passed in A.S.No.97 of 2000 on the file of the II Additional District Court, Pondicherry confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.06.2000 passed in O.S.No.135 of 1999 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Pondicherry.
