JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner's tipper lorry bearing No.TN 63 BE 3940.

(2.) By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

(3.) A perusal of the affidavit shows that the vehicle in question was seized by the second respondent on 25.06.2019 and the Revenue Official has to lodge a private complaint before the Special Court.
