JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms.S.Esairani Narasimman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Ravikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

(2.) This review application has been filed to review the judgment and order in W.A.No.1325 of 2018.

(3.) The Government of Tamil Nadu have filed the writ appeal against the order in W.P.No.27801 of 2017 which was filed by the petitioner herein for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order passed by the Chief Engineer (General) and Engineer in Chief W.R.O., dated 03.02.2017 and to direct the State Government to regularise the service of the petitioner on completion of 10 years of service and to extend all service and monetary benefits.
