JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission to perform the program of "Adal, Padal" on 18/4/2019 at about 9.00 am to 10.00 pm at "Thirubathi Amman" is situated at Kiliyanur Village, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram District and to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner representation 2/4/2019.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that there is likelihood of arising law and order problem.
