JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give permission and adequate police protection for conducting Adal Padal Dance Programme scheduled to be held on 8/6/2019 in the eve of Arulmigu Sri Bambalayamman Temple, Vaikasi Pongal Festival of Poosaripatti Village, Semmiya Natham Post, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dtd. 1/6/2019.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 8/6/2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 1/6/2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
