JUDGEMENT

(1.) The first appeals are directed against the common Judgment and Decree, dated 19.04.2006, passed in O.S.Nos.7289 of 1996, 4149 of 1990 and 12160 of 1989, on the file of the II Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their rankings in the Trial Court.
