JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed to direct the respondent authority to give police protection and permission to conduct Cultural program (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Kattinamalai Melkottai Arulmigu Sree Balamurugan Temple Festival at Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District on 03.08.2019 between 02.00 pm to 07.00 pm by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2019.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

(3.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is likelihood of arising law and order problem.
