JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to grant permission and protection to conduct cultural program (Music Program) in the Sri Vembuli Amman Temple Festival situated at, Arni Fort Sri Vembuliamman Thirukovil, Arni Town, Arni Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District scheduled to be held on 20.07.2019 from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm and considering by his representation dated 02.07.2019.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

(3.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is likelihood of arising law and order problem.
