JUDGEMENT

(1.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation on 07.11.2019 and grant parole for 30 days to the petitioner's brother namely Paraman @ Paramasivan (Convicted Prisoner) aged about 26 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Coimbatore before this Court, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

(2.) The petitioner is the elder brother of the convict seeks his release on the ground of attending the sixteenth day ceremony of the deceased father. In fact, even the respondents have granted one day leave for attending the funeral of the deceased father.

(3.) Inasmuch as the reason assigned is not disputed, we are inclined to grant four days leave to the convict with minimum escort subject to the usual conditions that can be imposed starting from 16.11.2019 till 19.11.2019.
