JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard Mr.Vijay Narayan, learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of the appellant.

(2.) This appeal is directed against the order dtd. 7/1/2019 in W.P.No. 33553 of 2018.

(3.) The first respondent filed the said writ petition praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the appellant to admit him to the three year LLB degree course for the academic session 2018-19.
