JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct Kabadi Tournament on 16.11.2019 from 08.00 a.m. to 11. p.m. and 17.11.2019 from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. at Mariyamman Kovil Street, Nochivayalpudur Thiruvarumpur, Trichy District

(2.) Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the police does not have any reservations on the place, where the tournament is to be conducted. However, there is an apprehension that some law and order problem may arise during the tournament.
