JUDGEMENT

(1.) The intra-Court Appeal arises out of the order dated 09.10.2013 in W.P. No. 27805 of 2013 passed by the Learned Judge of this Court. The parties are hereinafter referred to as per their description in the Writ Petition for the sake of convenience.
