JUDGEMENT

(1.) Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in C.C.No.1214 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District and quash all further proceedings therein as against the petitioners.

(2.) This Court vide order dated 22.02.2019 appointed Mr.P.Palaninathan, as Legal Aid Counsel for the respondent to contest this case.

(3.) The petitioners are the accused in C.C.No.1214 of 2011 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District on a private complaint filed by the respondent for the offences under Sections 420 r/w 34 and 506(i) IPC.
