JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the Final Report/Charge Sheet in Crime No.328/2017 in J-3 Guindy Traffic Investigation, Guindy, Chennai.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

(3.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 20.05.2017, no final report is filed till date.
