JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to release the Tractor bearing Registration No.TN 50 D 5846 seized in connection with Crime No.255 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent police based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2018.

(2.) Heard Mr.G.Sivaraja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiagarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

(3.) With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admissions stage itself.
