JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct Aadal Padal programme on 27.05.2019 at 06.00 P.M to 11.00 P.M in connection with "Fathima Matha Kovil festival"? Malaiyadipatty Village, Avarampatti Post, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District and give adequate police protection in connection with the same.

(2.) Heard Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court in similar such circumstances, has granted the relief by imposing certain conditions and the petitioner is also ready to comply with the conditions as stipulated by this Court.
