JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Appeal has been filed against the order, dtd. 11/1/2019 made in Crl. M.P. No. 33 of 2019 in S.C. No. 23 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli and enlarge the appellant on bail.

(2.) The Appellant/A9, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12/7/2018 for the offences punishable under Ss. 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 302, 506(ii) IPC and Sec. (1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST (POA) Act 2015, in Crime No. 374 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, seeks appeal bail.

(3.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of the confession of the co-accused and he has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence and that the appellant is in jail since 12/7/2018 and prays for allowing this criminal bail.
