JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission to give Police protection to the petitioner herein for organizing the cultural function to Sri Mariamman Temple in Ariyampalayam Village on 6/4/2019 by the petitioner representation dtd. 28/3/2019.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

(3.) The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that there is likelihood of arising law and order problem.
