JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this second appeal is made to the judgment and decree dated 22-02~2019, passed in A.S. No.19 of 2015, on the file of the I Additional District Court, Tiruvallur, confirming the judgment and decree dated 07-01~2015, passed in O.S. No.136 of 2006, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruvallur.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their rankings in the trial Court.

(3.) Suit for specific performance.
