JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to release the petitioner's JCB Vehicle bearing its registration No.TN 32 Rs.8163 seized by the respondents on 30.04.2019 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2019.

(2.) Heard Mr.A.Anbu Prabakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiagarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

(3.) With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admissions stage itself.
