JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. B. Anand, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

(2.) In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent for return of the original driving license bearing No. TN31U19980000283 to him.

(3.) The case of the petitioner is that while he was driving a State Transport Corporation bus bearing registration No. TN-32-N-3883, an accident was occurred and due to which, a pedestrian died. Pursuant to the said accident, the first respondent registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No. 135 of 2019 under Ss. 304 (A) of IPC on 24/3/2019. According to the petitioner, he made an application to the second respondent on 8/4/2019 for return of the original driving license, but the same was not considered.
