JUDGEMENT

(1.) These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the Petitioner's applications/representations dated 7. 8. 2019 to renew the certificate of Ownership of the Elephants by name Rani and Suma, having Microchip Nos. 0006592AA2 and 000658C85A, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

(2.) Mr. M. Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents in W. P(MD)No. 26387 of 2019 and Mrs. J. Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents in W. P(MD)No. 26409 of 2019.

(3.) By consent of both parties, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal.
