JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to provide the effective police protection to the petitioner company to erect the cell phone transmission tower at Madurai District, Madurai North Taluk, Thiruppaalai Group, Siruthur Village, Sri Meenathciyammam Nagar, Resurvey No.214/1 and 215/2 and New Resurvey No.214/1A and 215/2A in Plot No.222 within a limits of Kannanendhal Panchayat.
