JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner that she belongs to Kurumans (ST) Community based upon the verification report of the State Level Scrutiny Committee in Proceedings No.21287/CVIII/2013, dated 24.03.2014 in respect of the petitioner's close blood relative S.Theerthagiri.
