JUDGEMENT

(1.) W.P.No.7247 of 2017: The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents authority to sanction incentive increment to the petitioner for having acquired the qualification of B.Com., M.Com., & B.Ed., from the date of acquiring the degree and with all consequential benefits and in a grand manner consider the petitioner's representation dated on 03.10.2016 and 18.01.2019.

(2.) W.P.No.7247 of 2017: The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents authority to sanction incentive increment to the petitioner for having acquired the qualification of B.Sc., M.Sc., and B.Ed., from the date of acquiring the degree and with all consequential benefits within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and in a grand manner consider the petitioner's representation dated on 12.09.2015, 03.10.2016 and on 18.01.2019.

(3.) This Court is of an opinion that various Government orders in the matter of grant of incentive increment to the Teachers were adjudicated by this Court in W.P.Nos.56 to 58 of 2018 dated 29.08.2018 and the relevant paragraphs are extracted hereunder:-
