JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal has been filed by the unsuccessful defendants 1 to 3 / TNEB against the concurrent judgments passed by the Courts below.

(2.) The respondents 1 to 3 as plaintiffs have filed the suit in O.S.No. 66 of 2003 against the appellants/defendants 1 to 3, 4 th respondent/4th defendant and another two persons ranked as defendants 5 & 6 in the suit, claiming compensation of Rs.4 lakhs with interest at the rate of 6% p.a. from the date of plaint, for the death of husband of the first respondent/first plaintiff and father of minor respondents/plaintiffs 2 and

(3.) For better appreciation, the parties are referred to as per their rank in the trial Court.
