JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for permission and Police protection to conduct the cultural event viz., Adal Padal program to be held on 14.06.2019 at about 6.00 P.M to 11.00 P.M at ''Sri Nuthana Vinayakar and Sri Navasakthi Mariamman Temple Kumbabishekam Festival'' at Vizhudhupatti Village, Menasi Post, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2019 to the second respondent. As the same has not been considered, the present Criminal Original petition has been filed.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is likelihood of arising law and order problem.
