JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to grant permission and Bandobust to conduct Dance and Orgestra programmes (Aadal Padal) at Villupuram District, Kallakurichi Taluk, Sellampattu Village, Arulmegu Sri Karu Mariamman Kovil Thiruvizha on 14.08.2019 as per petitioner representation dated 22.07.2019.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

(3.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is likelihood of arising law and order problem.
