JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the programe of "Gopi's Anthi Mazhai" Innisai Cutchery with Adal padal on 04.08.2019 at about 6.00 pm to 10.00 p.m at Arulmighu Renukambal @ Padavettu Amman Adi Month 3rd Friday Function celebrate at Sengadu Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2019.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is likelihood of arising law and order problem.
