JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this second appeal is made to the Judgement and Decree dated 07.01.2005 passed in A.S.No.126 of 2003 on the file of the Additional District and Special Court for EC Act cases, Salem, reversing the judgement and decree dated 05.02.2003 passed in O.S.No.29 of 2001 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sankari, Salem District.
