JUDGEMENT

(1.) By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

(2.) Heard Mr.M.N.Rajakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. Perused the affidavit filed by the petitioner and the impugned order passed by the respondent, which is challenged in this writ petition.

(3.) The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 04.07.2019 passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.237/2015, quash the same.
