JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct Aadal Padal programme on 17/5/2019 at 07.00 P.M to 11.00 P.M in connection with Arulmigu Sree Sakkottai Uyyavandhamman Thirukoil at Pudhuvayal, Sivagangai District and give adequate police protection in connection with the same.

(2.) Heard Mr. V. Manikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court in similar such circumstances, has granted the relief by imposing certain conditions and the petitioner is also ready to comply with the conditions as stipulated by this Court.
