JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed by the convict herself seeking a direction to the respondents to grant extension of ordinary leave, already granted, by order dated 05.07.2019 made in H.C.P. No. 764 of 2019, for a further period of 30 days from 25.08.2019 to 25.09.2019.

(2.) For the back ground of facts of the case, earlier order of this court dated 05.07.2019 will have to be read as part and parcel of this order.
